D.B. Cooper remains at the center of the only unsolved airline hijacking crime in American aviation (flight) history. On Nov. 24, 1971, an unknown man (now referred to as D.B. Cooper), jumped off a commercial plane with $200,000 in ransom money and has never been never found - dead or alive.
